The Hispanic Ministries Mission Network (HMMN) serves as a central point for Hispanic pastors and church leaders to gather for mutual support, sharing, and ongoing learning and professional development, all with the goal of strengthening congregations and their leaders. Our essential purpose is to build up leaders for healthy congregations that serve the church’s mission in the Synod of the Sun area.

To be the driving force that generates an abundance of thriving Hispanic and multicultural churches and ministries across the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. We envision a future where these communities not only flourish but also serve as a beacon proclaiming the Gospel through their service and witness.
Vision
Our Mission is to foster the growth and well-being of Hispanic and multicultural leaders and churches in the Synod of the Sun by developing leadership, strengthening community networks, championing advocacy, and providing strategic consultation.
Our Impact and Benefit
Over the past decade, the number of Hispanic Presbyterian pastors and congregations has declined. Hispanic church leaders face complex challenges that include: generational differences , language conflicts , and problems related to the preservation of cultural heritage.
HMMN helps meet these needs by allowing leaders to:
